Hi, I’m Beth—your friendly “let’s figure this out together” health coach.
I’m a Nutritious Life Master Certified Coach, but more importantly, I work with real people living real lives who are tired of overthinking food and still not seeing results.
Around here, we don’t rely on willpower or strict rules—we build habits that actually stick, using real food and a natural (patented) method to help manage hunger so you can feel in control again.
It’s simple, personal, and designed to fit into your life (not take it over).
Is it just me, or is half of Publix a size smaller than it was last summer?
I’m not exaggerating. I ran into three women in the produce section last week that I genuinely did not recognize.
And nobody—nobody—is saying a word about how.
Which puts you in a strange spot, doesn’t it. Standing there in the parking lot doing math on your own body. Wondering if you’re the last one who didn’t get the memo.
So let’s actually say it out loud.
I had three consultation calls last week.
Three different women. Three completely different situations.
And all three of them were about the same thing.
The first one had a prescription sitting in her purse that she hadn’t filled yet.
The second had been on it for eight months and hadn’t lost a pound since March.
The third had stopped taking it in the spring—and had gained back eleven pounds and was terrified about where that was headed.
Here’s what all three of them said to me, almost word for word:
“I feel like I’m not supposed to talk about this.”
So let’s talk about it.
Because I have no judgment here. None. Not about taking it, not about not taking it, not about stopping. What I have is a plan for wherever you happen to be standing right now.
Wherever You Are With GLP-1s, I Can Meet You There
1. You’re considering one. You’ve done the research, you’ve had the conversation with your doctor, and you’re on the fence. Great—let’s talk before you decide. Not to talk you out of it. To make sure you know what the medication does and what it doesn’t. It quiets the food noise. It does not teach your body anything. Which means if you go on it without a real food and habit plan in place, you’re renting the result instead of owning it. Some women decide to try the natural route first. Some decide to do both. Both are fine. Going in with your eyes open is what matters.
2. You’re on one right now and it’s working. Then let’s protect it. Two things I watch closely with clients on a GLP-1: are you actually eating enough real food, and are you holding onto your muscle? When your appetite drops off a cliff, it’s very easy to under-eat for months and lose muscle right along with the fat. That’s the part nobody warns you about, and it’s the part that makes maintenance so hard later. We build the eating structure and the strength work now, while the medication is doing its job.
3. You’re on one and you’ve stalled. This is the call I get most. You lost 20, 25 pounds, and then the scale just… stopped. Increasing the dose isn’t the only lever you have. Usually what’s stalled is everything underneath—sleep, stress, hydration, protein, the timing of when you eat. Those are the exact things I work on with clients, and I’ve watched women who thought they were done losing start moving again once we fixed what the drug was never designed to fix.
4. You’re coming off one—or you want to. This is the most important conversation of them all, and it’s the one that almost never happens with a prescription pad. Because when the medication stops, the hunger comes back. If you haven’t built anything underneath it, the weight comes back too. Most of it, for most people. I use the acupressure method to manage hunger naturally as you taper, so you’re not white-knuckling your way through the transition. And I’m there daily—not once a month, daily—while your body recalibrates.
5. You’ve decided you’re doing this without medication. Period. Then let’s go. This is what my program was built for. Fifty days, at least fifteen pounds, real food, no counting, no weighing, no gym membership required. Just a patented natural method that manages hunger, habits built around your actual life, and me checking in with you the whole way through.
Here's what I want you to really hear
- A medication can lower the volume on the food noise.
- It cannot teach your body how to eat.
- It cannot build you a habit.
- It cannot sit with you when your mother’s in the hospital and the drive-thru is right there.
So the question was never “shot or no shot.”
The question is: when the appetite comes back—and it will—what have you built underneath it?
That’s the fork in the road. You can change your life right now, or you can spend the next thirty years going in and out of the doctor’s office looking for the next thing.
I’m not here to tell you what to do about a medication. That’s between you and your doctor, and I mean that.
I’m here for the part nobody’s handling—the food, the habits, the hunger, and the accountability that makes any of it last.
So if you’re on the fence, on the drug, stuck on the drug, or done with the drug—come talk to me. One call. No pressure, no lecture, no judgment. Just an honest conversation about where you are and what would actually work for you.
You’ve been figuring this out alone long enough.
