One Month Left of the Year...what will you accomplish?

Thanksgiving has come and gone. Still feeling the weight and bloat of that stuffing? Perhaps feeling a bit like a stuffed turkey yourself? It's time to do something about it. End the year feeling healthy and energized. You don't need to wait until January 1st to set a goal for yourself. You still have a little over a month until New Year's Eve, end 2022 strong! Look amazing in the outfit you will wear on NYE!

Two months ago I "suggested" you set small goals for yourself. How is it going so far? I set a goal of adding in one extra workout per week and also limiting my wine (that's my beverage of choice) to the weekends. I have to admit that I have not been perfect on the latter goal, but I have certainly improved.

You don't need to be perfect. I am always reminding myself of that. I just read a quote from James Clear that I love ..."most daily actions evaporate, some accumulate". I think it's the perfect way to remind yourself that even those tiny steps you take daily towards your health goal (or whatever kind of goal you are working towards) will add up.

So... add in 3 minutes of sit ups each day, leave dessert until the weekend, do squats while on the zoom calls, drink water instead of soda, eliminate the 4 pumps of sugar syrup that Starbucks throws in (or cut back to one!). You get the picture.

What are you going to accomplish these last 4ish weeks of the year? Make a goal and stick with it. You got this!!
