Countdown to the End of 2021

Only 4ish weeks left in this crazy year (hallelujah)! How can you make a difference in your life? End the year feeling healthy and energized. You don't need to wait until January 1st to set a goal for yourself. Start now and look awesome in that outfit you intend to wear on New Year's Eve! Finish strong!

Here are just a few ideas of tiny changes you can make that will truly have an impact:

Cut out the buns when you have a burger.

Get an iced tea instead of soda.

Mix your alcohol with seltzer or water instead of juice.

Park far from the entrance to the mall.

Go to bed earlier (even 15 minutes will help)

Cut out processed foods (drop the chip- if you want to dip then choose a crunchy veggie instead!)

Eat berries - full of antioxidants

Drink green tea - it really is good for you (I promise)

Pick up a book instead of your phone when you wind down at night

Kiss someone - burns calories and it's a great way to connect (I don't mean a total stranger of course)

Start small and you will notice big results in your health and energy level. Pick 1 or 2 things to start.

Make a goal and stick with it. I have a client that went from 1 or 2 glasses of water per day to 8! I am so proud of him!
