I’m Beth Meirav, a Certified Sadkhin Practitioner and Nutritious Life Master Certified Coach. I’ve helped hundreds of women feel like themselves again — stronger, more energized, and genuinely confident in their bodies.
My approach is built around a unique, patented acupressure method called Sadkhin Therapy, which works by targeting key pressure points to naturally quiet hunger, support fat loss, and promote overall wellness — no willpower battles, no crash diets. I also identify which foods may be working against your body specifically, and we eliminate them.
While on the program, we focus on whole, real foods — fresh fruits, vibrant vegetables, lean proteins — and I guide you toward a sustainable Mediterranean-style way of eating that’s as delicious as it is healthy. For women managing diabetes, heart health, or digestive concerns, I create customized plans built around your specific needs.

What are the best foods for weight loss?
In my natural weight loss program we focus on lean proteins and fresh fruit and vegetables. Whole real foods you can identify in nature to nourish your body and help you fight any inflammation that may be preventing you from losing weight.
What is the best way to maintain my weight loss?
Once you have reached your goal weight we add in healthy fats and whole grains so you have a complete Mediterranean-style diet to easily maintain your new, healthy body.

Yes, planning and prep are key to losing the weight and keeping it off.
What is a healthy weight? How much weight do I need to lose?
In our natural weight loss program, we focus on how you feel versus the number on the scale. We want you to feel like yourself again, energized, feel light on your feet, feel comfortable in your clothes.
What is the best way to lose weight naturally?
Working with a nutritionist on developing healthy habits that last a lifetime is an effective way to lose weight and sustain it.
Would counting calories help me lose weight?
I do not recommend counting calories or weighing food. We focus on healthy eating habits, making sure you are eating out of hunger and stopping when you are satisfied. This is a life-long skill that we tackle in our sessions.
Is intermittent fasting a good way to lose weight?
Intermittent fasting is not only helpful with weight loss, but also fights against heart disease, cancer and Alzheimer’s. IF works to regenerate cells and help rid your body of zombie cells.
What weight loss program is good for midlife women suffering from hormonal weight gain?
